Tyrone E. Patton was born on January 10, 1976 in Chicago, IL. Born to Walter M. Patton III and Deborah E. (Marrable) Patton. Tyrone was the second child of this union. He moved to Freeport IL in 1983 where his mother married Edward L. Triplett. He attended the Freeport 145 Schools starting at Taylor Park and graduated from Freeport Sr. High School in 1994. After graduating, Tyrone attended Highland Community college. While growing up, he attended Evangelistic Church of God in Christ in Freeport IL. Tyrone was born prematurely and weighed 4 pounds 6 ounces. He could not be released to go home until he weighed 5 pound. He reached that weight the day of his brother's, Walter Patton IV birthday. His Grandmother told Walter that Tyrone was his birthday present and Walter treated him as such his entire life. Growing up, Tyrone loved hanging out with his brother, watching movies and televisions shows (old and new), listening to the music of the 70's and 80's, playing Atari and Sega Genesis. He also had the chance to travel to different places with family and friends such as Arkansas and Canada. He had a great love of sweets as a kid. He loved them so much that he would even eat all of his vegetables so he could get deserts. In Freeport, Tyrone met many of his life long friends and was even known as a "Skate punk" and would ride his skateboard all the time up and down the street. Tyrone also loved comedy movies and food, his favorite food was fried chicken and tacos. At the age of 24, Tyrone became a father to a son, Sincere Daizhaun Patton. In 2007 Tyrone met the love of his life, Venetta Mitchell they were together for 17 years Venetta was his best friend and his soulmate him and Venetta did everything together when you saw him you saw her she was the love of his life they used to go to parties together, movies, restaurants and more Venetta was his backbone and Tyrone loved his family they were married March 26, 2010 they adopted 2 children together From that union, they became a blended family of 6 children (King, Sincere, Paris, Precious, Demetrious, and Miracle) and a special son Rassan Ellis They always played family games and went out alot he always has a mother-in-law, Ms. Ann Mitchell, father-in-law Quentin Webb, brother-in-law Quentin Mitchell and Sister-in-law Tamika Rogers-Mcclinton. He became a grandfather to A'Mariyah R. Patton and Romeo L. Ellis in 2020 and he loved those children very much. Cherishing the memory of Tyrone are all of the people above and also a Sister, Cherri Lane, Special Friends (Kevin Martin (Duke) and Tim Cooper and an honorary Sister, Odessa Walker, 2 honorary Mothers (Gwen Butler and Marlee Canada), Grandparents John and Emma Cain, 11 Aunts and 3 uncles and a host of cousins, step siblings and friends. He was preceded in death, by his Grandparents, Father, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and close friends. Tyrone left us suddenly on February 23, 2023 in his home with his Wife and children Tyrone was loved by all the lives that he touched, too many to name here, but that shows that he loved everyone with all his heart, mind and soul. The day of his passing Tyrone informed his mother that he had made his life right with God. Tyrone will surely be missed.
