Twila G. Fargher

Twila G. Fargher, 89, formerly of Freeport, died, Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Rockford Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 10, 1923 in Woodhull, Illinois, the daughter of Sidney and Irene (Eiker) Murray. On August 4, 1945, Twila married Dean Fargher. Mr. Fargher died on November 24, 2007. Twila was a housewife. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching soap opera'™s. Survivng are four sons, David (Debra) Fargher of Pecatonica, Larry (Janet) Fargher, Randall Fargher, and Timothy Fargher all of Freeport; sister, Geraldine 'Geri' Miller of Oneida, IL. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Shawn, Kelly and Justin; two great grand children, Caleb and Landon. Twila was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dean Fargher, and two sons, Bruce and Daniel Fargher. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 6, at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport. Rev. David Myers will officiate. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
