Todd "Chumly" Norman Untersee

Todd "Chumly" Norman Untersee, 50, of Freeport, passed away on the evening of May 31, 2016, after a three and a half year battle with cancer. He was being visited and comforted by his parents, brother and friends. Todd was born on July 25, 1965. He is the third child and first son of Norman and Barbara (Springer) Untersee. Todd was a member of the International Union Of Operating Engineers Union Local 150 for 28 years, Fraternal Order of Eagles #679, and Moose Lodge 162. Todd enjoyed all Chicago sports as well as NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt Junior. Todd liked tractor pulls, fishing, mowing, swimming, and hunting. Todd is survived by his parents, Norman and Barbara Untersee, sister Tami Untersee (Tom Cimino), sister Kathi Inorio, brother Kirk Untersee, nieces Sarah Inorio, Grace Inorio, nephew Michael Inorio, and dear friends Scott Boeke, Denise Reed, Dillan Boeke, Devin Krontz, Pam Conkey, and Gary Sager. Todd is proceeded in death by his grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Saturday June 4, 2016 at 12:30 at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00. Cremation rights have been accorded.
