Tevin Walker

Tevin Lavar Walker was born May 27th, 1993, to Debbie Lacy and Ricky Walker in Freeport, IL. Tevin sadly departed life early on November 26, 2023, at 30 years old. Tevin was called by loved ones "Tevo". Tevin attended and graduated from Freeport High school class of 2011. Tevin loved to be around family and friends and will be remembered for his big smile and sense of humor. Tevin is one of many brothers and sisters, Aron Spearman, Lawrence (Sheena) Lacy, Jasmine Lacy, Chris (Heather) Chatman, Artisha (Ishmon) Walker, Shirece Walker all of Freeport IL, Ernest (Angie) Lacy of Milwaukee WI, Jamia and Jamera Walker both of Rockford, IL. Tevin leaves behind to cherish his four children Jisiah Jacobs, Treyvon Walker, Cannon Walker, and Tahiry Walker of Freeport who he shares with the love of his life Christine Jacobs. Tevin leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, which he loved dearly. Tevin is proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother Mary Spearman, Paternal grandmother Essie Mae Walker, and paternal grandfather Johnnie Walker Sr both of Rockford IL, as well as two special cousins Eureka Green and Carl Green Jr. Services for Tevin will be held at Faith Center in Freeport, IL on Friday December 8th at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 9 AM until the time of service.
