Rose Daubert

Rose Daubert, 67, passed away on August 16, 2023 at her home in Dixon, IL, surrounded by her loved ones.

Rose was born on July 28, 1956 in Freeport, IL the daughter of Ralph and Margaret (Sietz) Adams. Rose married David Daubert in 1998. He preceded her in death on January 17, 2017. Rose had many occupations throughout her lifetime; her favorite was being a bus driver. She enjoyed coloring, painting crafts, and her flower beds. In her younger year she loved cooking, baking and fishing.

Rose is survived by her children, Stacy (Dave) Lundberg, Danny (Alisha) Anderson, Denise (Brian) Patty, Michelle (Michael) Mitchell, Jimmy (Julie) Daubert, John (Krista) Daubert; life partner , Bob Bloyer, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard and Ralph Adams; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved kitty Lucy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Mike, Susan and Robert Adams.

Visitation will be from 12:00pm until time of funeral service at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport with Chaplain Jeremy Heller, officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport.

A memorial has been established in Rose's memory.
