Roger Nesemeyer

Roger F. Nesemeyer, 55, of Rockford, IL passed away Saturday June 17, 2023 in his home. He was born July 19, 1967 in Freeport, IL to Floyd and Darlene (Olthoff) Nesemeyer. Roger was employed as a laborer at various jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed riding his bike and spending time with friends.

He is survived by his brother Gary (Carol) Nesemeyer of Tennessee; two sisters Debra Schopf of Freeport, IL and Nancy (Randall) TerHark of Ridott, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held from 10:30-11:45 A.M. Friday June 23, 2023 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport. Following the visitation a service will be held at 12:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Pastor Dawn Barr officiating. A memorial has been established in his memory.
