Rogene A. Labudde

Rogene A. LaBudde, 95, of Freeport, passed away Wednesday March 17, 2021 in Manor Court. Rogene was born April 6, 1925 in Forreston, the daughter of John and Gretchen (Schoonhoven) Meyer. Rogene married Eldon L. LaBudde on April 16, 1946 in Baileyville. Mr. LaBudde passed away October 20, 2017. Rogene worked for the City of Freeport in the assessor's office. She was a longtime member of Faith United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Church Book Club. Surviving is her son, David LaBudde of Madison, Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Christopher (Amy) Labudde and Lorissa LaBudde; and one great-granddaughter, Amelia. Rogene was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter-in-law, Judy. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday March 25, 2021 at Faith United Methodist Church. Pastor Larry Thomson will officiate. There will be a visitation from noon until the time of service. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
