Cremation rites have been accorded, a gathering will be held from 10:00-noon December 7th, 2013 at Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport. Please wear very casual attire because Bob was a jean and t-shirt sort of guy. In lieu of flowers memorial has been established in his memory. Please visitwww.burketubbs.com to sign his online guestbook and to share memories. God saw he was getting tired, and a cure was not to be; so he put His arms around him, and whispered, "Come with me." In tears we watched him suffer, and slowly fade away; although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A heart of gold stopped beating, hardworking hands now rest; God broke our hearts to prove to us, He takes only the Best!
