Robert J. Witt, Jr.

Robert J. Witt, Jr., 65, of Ridott, died Friday February 9, 2018 in his home. He was born September 26, 1952 in Evanston, IL, the son of Robert J. and Lois Jane (Lavell) Witt. Robert worked as a carpenter. Robert is survived by his son Robert J. Witt II of Ridott, IL; his daughter Candace (Michael) Yurkonis of Antioch, Il; and his granddaughter Kayleigh. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his sister. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 3, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church 1235 Wilmette Ave, Wilmette IL. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Refreshments will be served after the service. Family and friends are invited over to Candace's house after the service to enjoy some of our Dad's favorite foods and drinks. All are welcome. PM for address if needed.
