Robert "Bob" E. Alich

Robert "Bob" Alich, 89, of Brodhead, WI passed away Wednesday July 6, 2022 in his home. He was born July 14, 1932 in Freeport, IL to Emil and Gertrude (LaBord) Alich. Bob married Virginia Kuhlemeier on February 27, 1960 in Freeport, IL. He enjoyed taking care of his Percheron horses and building draft and show wagons. Bob also farmed for most of his life. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceding him in death is his parents, wife, brother Charles, and sisters Emma Ceroni, Betty Stroup, Margaret Henze and Mary Alich. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday July 12, 2022 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport, IL. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Bob's memory.
