Robert A. Koppes

Robert A. Koppes, 91, of Freeport, died Saturday March 18, 2017 at Parkview Home. He was born June 15, 1925 in Dubuque County, IA, the son of Eldred and Beryl (Boner) Koppes. He was a graduate of the University of Iowa. He worked as an aeronautical engineer. Robert is survived by his brother Charles L. Koppes of Auburn, WA; his sister Marian Reeves of Freeport, IL; and his nephew Donald (Karen) Reeves, Jr., of Freeport, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives; his niece, Rebecca; brother-in-law Donald Reeves; and sister-in-law Carola.
