Peter M. Henderson

Peter M. Henderson, 40, of Freeport, died Monday April 22, 2013 in his home. He was born December 1, 1972 in Pensacola, FL, the son of Larry And Vickie (Grier) Henderson. He married Genniffer Brown on June 13, 2009 in Freeport, IL. Peter worked for Freeport School District 145. He was a member of The Church of Christ in Freeport. Peter is survived by his wife Genniffer of Freeport; his mother Vickie (Johnny) Grier of Pensacola, FL; two sons Jermaine (Heidi) Seals of Freeport and Jamero (Amy) Hughes of Machesney Park, IL; three daughters; Brittani Brown and Briauna Crump both of Freeport, and Cherquette Crump of Memphis, TN; his step brother Johnny (Lenora) Grier of Pensacola, FL; and his step sister Michelle (Johnny) Ingram of Tampa, FL. Peter was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 27, 2013 at Church of Christ Church in Freeport with Pastor Jeff White officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
