Patricia L. Williams, 61, of Freeport, died Thursday February 17, 2011 in Rockford, Il. She was born on April 4, 1949 in South Dakota, the daughter of Marcus and Dorothy (Grischkowsky) Gabriel. Patricia married William Foht on December 23, 1967, and then Matthew Williams on January 1, 1983. Patty worked at RK Dixon as a Purity Plus Water Systems Marketing Consultant. She enjoyed camping and going for a ride with her husband in her yellow mustang convertible. Family was very important to her, especially her grandchildren. Patty was intensely devoted to her husband, family, church, and faith. Her husband Matt, feels very fortunate to have been married to his girl of 28 years. Gramma Patty, as they called her, had a huge heart when it came to her grandchildren. She had enough love for each and every one of them and spending time with them brought her the most joy in her life. Patty had a very outgoing and bubbly personality, which made her a natural and a huge asset to her chosen profession in the field of sales and marketing. She could never imagine doing any other type of job, as she loved meeting and talking with people. As a result, she is well known in the local and surrounding communities and considered many of her customers as friends. Since Patty'™s life was so visible, her presence in this world will be noticeably missed. But her life also made such an impact to all those who knew and loved her that her spirit will always remain in the minds and hearts of everyone.
