Patricia A. Kraft

Patricia A. Kraft, 81, of Freeport, died Friday April 23, 2021 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born December 6, 1939 in Freeport, IL, the daughter of Milton and Mildred (Howard) Eggemeier. Patricia married Alvin "Sam" Kraft March 12, 1966 in Freeport, Il; Alvin died February 3, 2016. Patricia worked at Lena Continental for 10 years, and at Stephenson Nursing Center for 17 years, before retiring in 2004. She was a member of Red Oak United Methodist Church. She was an avid Chicago Cubs and San Francisco 49er fan. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to garage sales. Patricia is survived by her three son, Ron (Suzanne) Kraft of Freeport, Il, Randy (Susan) Kraft of Broadhead, Wi, and Paul (Margaret) Kraft of Freeport, IL; three daughters, Karen Haas of Freeport, IL, Carla Donaldson of Ridott, IL, and Paula (Dennis) Kraft of Freeport, IL; brother, Lowell "Fred" (Dolores) Eggemeier of Stockton, CA; 18 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Alvin, her son, Darrel Kraft; two grandsons Matt Kraft and Timothy Harnish; and her son-in-law Mike Donaldson. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday April 29, 2021 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday April 28, 2021 at Burke-Tubbs. There will also be a visitation Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport, IL. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory.
