Michael H. Drayton

Michael H. Drayton, 50, of Forreston, died Saturday, October 27, 2012 in his home. He was born on October 30, 1961 in Freeport, the son of Roland and Delores (Reinders) Drayton. Mike was employed by Sweetwood Interiors, Frager Lawn Care and the Village of Forreston. He was a member of Forreston First United Methodist Church, the Forreston Fire Department and Ambulance. He was also a boy scout and a 1980 Forreston High School graduate. Mike enjoyed attending Forreston High sporting events and drinking coffee in the shops and restaurants. Survivors include his brother, Tim (Michelle) Drayton of Forreston, nephew Trevor Drayton of Forreston and uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Funeral services will be Friday 10:30 a.m. at Forreston First United Methodist Church. Rev. David Poust will officiate. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. at Burke-Tubbs Forreston.
