Mary Jane Kilburn

Mary Jane (Bushelle) Kilburn, 85, of Oklahoma City, OK, died Saturday May 1, 2021. Mary Jane was born March 3, 1936 in Freeport, IL, the daughter of William and Anne Victoria (Lawless) Bushelle. On May 20, 1956 she married Herbert Kilburn at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Freeport, IL. She graduated from Aquin Catholic Central High School in 1954 and then at the University of Oklahoma. Mary Jane is survived by seven children, eighteen grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchilren. She is also survived by her sister, Victoria Bushelle of Freeport, IL; brother-in-law, John (Mary) Kilburn of West Des Moines, IA; and two nieces and two nephews. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert; parents, William and Anne Bushelle; in laws, Albert and Marie Kilburn; brothers, Joseph, William III, and Thomas Bushelle; and niece, Bonnie Vinje. Services were held May 6, 2021 at St. James The Greater Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, OK. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
