Marian G. Vowell

Marian G. Vowell, 66, of Beloit, WI. died Wednesday March 4, 2020 in Beloit. She was born September 18, 1953 in Freeport, IL the daughter of Wayne and Eva (Nichwander) Van Vleck. Marian was employed at OSF in Rockford. She enjoyed gardening, ice cream, outdoors, photography, traveling, her beloved dog Parker and most importantly spending time with her family. Surviving is her two sons Jack (Kim) Vowell of Rockford and Jeremy (Janelle) Vowell of Beloit, WI; two daughters Amy Vowell of South Beloit, IL and Amanda (James) Mullins of Marion, AR; two brothers Mark (Denise) Van Vleck of Machesney Park, IL and Lawrence Van Vleck of Rockford, IL; three sisters Sandy (Jack) Horner of Pecatonica, IL, Rita Dublo of Loves Park, IL, and Stephanie Carlson; and ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and her dog Hildi. She is preceded in death by her parents. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery.
