Margaret C. Farringer

Margaret C. Farringer, 78, of Freeport, IL, died Sunday December 6, 2020 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born February 11, 1942 in Josephina, PA, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Varholick) Bazala. Margaret married Francis Farringer July 3, 1967 in Funkstown, MD; he died January 31, 1995. Margaret worked at Micro-Switch for 24 years. She enjoyed cooking and going on family vacations at their cabin in Wisconsin. Margaret is survived by her three daughters, Deborah Williams, Pamela (John) Fritz, and Mary (Terry) Linker all of Freeport, IL; brother, Joseph (Eileen) Bazala of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers. Family services will be 11:00 Friday December 11, 2020 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Facial masks and social distancing will be required. Entombment will take place at Oakland Mausoleum.
