Lucille Corman

Lucille R. Corman, 97, a resident of Stephenson Nursing Center died Saturday at F.H.N. Memorial Hospital. Lucille was born October 26, 1916 in Freeport, Illinois the daughter of John and Margaret (Greier) Popp. She married Vernon "Mike" Corman. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1996. Mrs. Corman was a member of First Lutheran Church. Mrs. Corman is survived by her daughter in law, Judy Corman of Freeport. Three grandchildren; Tim (Barb) Corman of Chicago, Jay (Jen) Corman of Odessa, Fla. And Stacie (Jeff) Rapp of South Beloit, Illinois. Her Great-great grandchildren; Amanda and Jesse Rapp. Also surviving are her niece, Ev (Chuck) Mrkvicka of Freeport. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Corman is preceded in death by her son, Terry Corman who died August 15, 2009. Graveside services will be Tuesday, 1:00 P.M. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport. Rev. Keith Johnson, pastor of First Lutheran Church will officiate.
