Leola E. Schneiderman

Leola E. Schneiderman, 94, of Freeport, died Sunday December 2, 2018, at Manor Court. Leola was born August 6, 1924 in Stephenson County, the daughter of Daniel and Nellie (Asche) Brinkmeier. She married Kenneth R. Schneiderman on February 1, 1947 in Shannon. Mr. Schneiderman passed away August 14, 2015. Leola was a member of Baileyville Reformed Church. She enjoyed quilting, baking, and spending time with her family. Surviving are two sons, Dennis R. (Lynette) Schneiderman of Ohio and Steven W. (Janice) Schneiderman of Lena; brother, Wayne (Sally) Brinkmeier of Port Byron; five grandchildren, Lance, Jay, Kory. Timothy, and Katie; also surviving are nine great-grandchildren. Leola was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Robert Brinkmeier. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 8, 2018 at Baileyville Reformed Church. Pastor Bruce Otto will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
