Lawrence E Koch

Lawrence E. Koch, 74, of Freeport, died Wednesday at FHN memorial Hospital. Lawrence was born in Freeport on June 30, 1936, the son of Edward and Mary (Moore) Koch. Mr. Koch married Judith Graff. Mr. Koch was a longtime Micro Switch employee. He enjoyed fishing, visiting with his friends at Donuts Delite and especially spending time with his family, sister, nieces and nephews. Survivors include; two sons; Robert Koch and Brian (Kelly) Koch both of Freeport, one daughter Annette (Dean) Albert of Freeport, one sister, Shirley (James) Shuck and six grandchildren; Sarah Albert, Ashley & Aleisha Koch and Jordan, Kiersten and Kortlyn Koch. Lawrence was preceded in death by his wife, one sister and three brothers. Funeral Services will be Monday 11:00 A.M. at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home. Rev. Bruce Janes officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. A memorial has been established in his memory.
