Laura Belle Anselme, 89, of Freeport, died Saturday February 21, 2015 in her home. She was born July, 20 1925 in Sturgeon Bay, WI, the daughter John and Elsie (Hafemann) Krueger. She married Richard Anselme June 9, 1956 in Freeport, Il; he died March 18, 2003. Mrs. Anselme and her husband owned and operated Fullerton's Bakery from 1952-1983; she also waitressed at the Germania Club. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Lydia Circle. She enjoyed following the Green Bay Packers and spending time with her cat "Skeets" She is survived by her two daughters Suzanne (Robert) Baumann of Branson, MO, and Colette (Joel) Manthel, of Freeport, IL; her sister Betty (Gene) Schram of Sturgeon Bay, WI; three grandchildren Mark (Amy) Samuelson, Regan Baumann, and Mallory Anselme; and four great-grandchildren Nicole, Jared, and Julia Samuelson, and Rylee Baumann. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, her Brother and her Sister. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 10:30 A.M. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Rev. Gary R. Johnson, Pastor will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, Freeport. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Freeport.
