June Lawrence Herrling

June Lawrence Herrling, passed away on July 24, 2021, in Peoria, AZ. Born in Janesville, WI in 1924, she grew up in Madison, WI. June met the love of her life, Sandy Herrling, in Madison where they were married in 1947. They were married for 73 years. During their married they lived in Wauwatosa, WI, Freeport, IL, and retired to Peoria, AZ. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family and provided a wonderful role model for living your best life. June loved singing and was a member of her church choir for many years. She also preformed roles in various productions at the Village Playhouse of Wauwatosa and in Freeport. She took great pride in decorating her home. She joined PEO while living in Illinois and went on to belong to a chapter in Arizona where she made many lifelong friends. June was preceded in death by her husband, Sanford; her grandson, Ryan Wirth; sister, Irene; and brothers, Don and Irvin. She is survived by her son, Mark Herrling (Leah), her daughter, Lynn LeMond; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Her family and friends will dearly miss her.
