Joseph Lee Jr.

Joseph Lee, Jr. 53, of Freeport died Thursday at F.H.N. Memorial Hospital. He was born May 28, 1957 in Freeport the son of Joseph and Mary Louise (Matlock) Lee. Joe was a 1975 graduate of Freeport High School. He attended True Vine Worship Center. Mr. Lee is survived by his son ,Eddie Lee. His daughter, Vanessa Suggs. Four brothers; Percy Hilton, James (Tina) Matlock, Stevie Lee and Roscoe Kimes. Three sisters; Mary Pempilton, Lasandra Carter and Rosie(James) Wright. His special Niece, Stephanie Beal and his very good friend, Geral Leeper. Also a host of Nieces and Nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and his special aunt, Marie Allen. Funeral service will be Friday, 11:00 A.M. in Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9:00 A.M. until time of service at Burke-Tubbs. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
