Jeffrey Frederic Toelle

Jeffrey Frederic Toelle, 63, of Freeport, died Monday April 3, 2017 in his home. Jeffrey was born August 19, 1953 in Freeport, the son of Frederic and Helen (Bonnet) Toelle. He was a 1971 graduate of Freeport High School. Jeffrey worked for Toelle Heating & Air and was later employed as a truck driver. Jeff was an all around good athlete. He really enjoyed playing golf and was fortunate enough to hit a hole in one on his 16th birthday. Jeff was extremely good with his hands and could fix anything. Jeff was a great dog lover and had an affinity for all dogs but in particular golden retrievers. Surviving are his mother, Helen Toelle of Freeport; sister, Karen (Larry) Livingston of Altadena, CA.; two nephews, Ryder (Katie) Livingston and Taylor Livingston; niece Kasia (Francisco) Livingston-Moreno; great niece, Mili; and great nephew, Frankie. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father. Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday July 8, 2017 at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home.
