Jeffrey E. Loring

Jeffrey 'Jeff' E. Loring, 39, formerly of Freeport, died Sunday September 9, 2012 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Jeff was born on May 15, 1973 in Freeport, the son of Richard and Sharon (Wagenknecht) Loring. Jeff worked as a Tow Motor Driver. He enjoyed playing golf and following the Chicago Cubs and Denver Broncos in his free time. Roller Hockey was always # 1 in his heart. Surviving Jeff are his parents; Richard (Sarah) Loring of Freeport and Sharon Loring of Cedarville, two sons; Jeffrey and Matthew Loring, two daughters; Hailey Loring and Laynie Loring, sister; Jennifer (Heath) Loring of Freeport and paternal grandparents; Eugene (Phyllis) Mergen of Freeport. Jeff was preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Paul and Dorothy Wagenknecht. Visitation hours will be 9:00 A.M. until 12:00, Thursday, September, 13, at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport.
