Janessa S. Johnson

Janessa S. Johnson, 29, of Freeport, wonderful life ended, Wednesday March 1, 2023. Janessa was born February 6, 1994, in Freeport, to parents Katie Clark and Dee Johnson. She attended Freeport High School and Highland Community college. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, fishing, playing cards, most of all brightening others day. Janessa leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Javarionnya Johnson; father, Dee Johnson; siblings, Vanessa Kent, Stefevon Tripplett, De'Asia Clark, Donzel Swanigan, Jonathan Waiters, Arnesto Maldanato, and Shamario Graham. Preceding her in death are her mother, Katie Clark; and grandmother, Marlene Davis. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be 11:00 am until time of service.
