Henry "Hank" D. Myzia

Henry "Hank" Dennis Myzia, 76, of Freeport, IL passed away Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Walnut Acres in Freeport. He was born May 15, 1945 in Chicago, IL the son of Stanley Myzia and Mary Grogan. Hank served in the Marines during the Vietnam War from 1963-1969. On June 11, 1966 he married Lana Jones in Norwalk, CA. Hank was employed at Goodyear Tire Factory in Freeport for many years. He enjoyed computers and following California news. Hank is survived by his wife Lana of Freeport; six children Bonnie Myzia of California, Mary (Terry) Lobato of Riverside, CA, Julie Myzia of Freeport, Michael Myzia of Schertz, TX, Brian (Andrea) Myzia of Freeport, IL, and Sara (Josh) Delhotal of Dixon, IL; 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. Private services will be held. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established in Hank's memory.
