Eldon Stukenberg

Eldon Stukenberg, 83, Forreston, IL passed away Sunday November 20th, 2022 at Serenity Home in Oregon, IL. He was born March 8, 1939 in Forreston to George and Elene (Kilker) Stukenberg. On November 4, 1961, he married Rosalie Frickson. For several years he farmed with his wife until she passed away January 17, 2000. He also drove truck for Vet-Way Feed Company for several years. His employment also included Kutz Quarry and Stukenberg Farms. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-granddaughter. He was at all their school functions and after they graduated from school he still enjoyed all the ball games. Surviving are his daughter, Pam White of Forreston. Three grandchildren Amber White of Forreston, Ben White of Forreston and Ashley White of Sterling. One great granddaughter Aubri Nares of Sterling. Preceding him in death were his parents and wife. There will be a private family service at a later date. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Serenity Home in Oregon, IL.
