Elaine B. Krienke, 98, of Winter Park, Florida, and formerly of Freeport, died September 5, 2015 at Winter Park Rehabilitation Center. She was born on March 8, 1917 in Florence Station, IL, the daughter of Frank and Corinne (Cheeseman) Nesemeier. She married Everett Becker and together they had eight children. Elaine worked at Economy Insurance. She was a one-time member of First Lutheran Church in Freeport. She loved to crochet and enjoyed making blankets and throws for anybody and everybody especially baby hats and baby blankets for FHN Memorial Hospital and several hospitals in Central Florida area. Elaine is survived by one son, Kevin (Julie) Becker of Orlando, FL; one brother, Ned Nesemeier; grandchildren, Michelle Gambuto of Hopkinton, RI., Tina Herrmann of Freeport, Kristine VanRaalte of Colchester, CT., Lori VanRaalte of Freeport, Jennifer Slaght of Freeport, and Daryl (Christie) Slaght of Freeport; niece, Teresa Glick of Freeport; nephews, Timothy (Julie) McIntyre of Freeport, Gregory (Tammy) McIntyre of Rockford, Michael (Pat) Millikin of McConnell; and many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great nieces and nephews. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, three husbands, brothers, Frank Jr., and Gregg; sisters, Hilda Millikin, Pat McIntyre, and Beverly; children, Charmaine, Larry, Cecil, Brian, Cynthia, Pamela, and Charles; and one grandson, Darcy Slaght. Memorial services will be held 2:30 P.M. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Chapel of Peace in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established in Elaine's memory.
