Edward Henry Bogenrief

Edward Henry Bogenrief, 87, of Eleroy, passed away, Friday September 13, 2024, in his home. Edward was born July 15, 1937, in Freeport, the son of Winston and Jessie (Toelle) Bogenrief. He married Marjorie Stingley on September 30, 1961, in Freeport. Edward served in the Army Reserves from 1954-1963. He was employed at Thermos for 40 years. During his free time Edward enjoyed being in the outdoors fishing and hunting.

Surviving is his wife, Marjorie Bogenrief of Eleroy; special cousin, Sue Sorenson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bogenrief was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Cremation rites to be accorded. Private family services to be held at Salem Church at a later date.
