Edward 'Ed" Eugene Blanchard

Edward 'Ed" Blanchard, 38, of Cedarville, passed away, Monday March 22, 2021. Ed was born March 5, 1983 in Rockford. Ed was employed at Rockford Toolcraft as an IT Manager. He was extremely talented working with and using any type of electronics and technology. Ed enjoyed woodworking in his free time and was a gun enthusiast. He looked forward to Halloween every year. Nothing made Ed happier then spending time with his wife, Stephanie and daughter, Paige. Together they took several memorable vacations to Sanibel Island, Florida. Surviving is his wife, Stephanie Coon of Cedarville; daughter, Paige Blanchard of Cedarville; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Monica Coon; brothers-in-law, Troy (Laura) Coon, Aaron (Becky) Coon, and Tony (Kristi) Coon; sisters-in-laws, Lynsey Coon, Casey Coon, and Karrie Coon; aunt and uncle, Todd and Carol Cline of Oregon; cousins, Matt and Dan Wallgren; and his beloved dog, Timber. Ed greatly missed his two dogs, Paisley and Cordell who preceded him in death. Visitation will be Sunday March 28, 2021 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. A memorial has been established in Ed's memory.
