Edna Y Dietz

Edna Y. Dietz, 94, of Freeport, formerly of Arlington Heights, IL died Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Manor Court of Liberty Village. She was born on April 11, 1920 in Freemont, NE., the daughter of William Cutler and Eugenia (Soune) Hartley. Edna was employed as an administrative office manager. She married Carl V. Dietz Sr. Edna was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a past president of the Eagles Auxillary and enjoyed bowling, knitting and cooking. Survivors include her son Carl (Anne) Dietz Jr. of Bluffton, SC.; two daughters, Susan (Joe) Enzenbacher of Winnebago, IL and Valerie (Dr. Lary) Bruksch of Los Angeles, CA; 10 grandchildren; Kimberly, Joe, Kristi, Julie, Michelle, Jennifer, Carl III, Lauren, Jeffrey and Gretchen, also 14 great grandchildren.
