Doris Ann Vietmeier

Doris Ann Vietmeier, 75, of Freeport, IL passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Generations at Neighbors Rehabilitation in Byron, IL. She was born July 27, 1946 in Freeport, IL, the daughter of Clarence and Margaret (Smith) Vietmeier. Doris loved going to family parties where she got to spend time with her niece, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She enjoyed watching her favorite T.V. shows and will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her brother, Marvin "Marv" (Diana) Vietmeier of Forreston, IL; nephews, Todd (Debbie) Vietmeier of Forreston, IL and Kevin (Michele) Vietmeier of Chesterfield, Missouri; niece Laurie (Edgar Huenefeld) Waack of Forreston,IL; many great-nieces and nephews; and her close friend, Debbie Whalen. Doris is preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held for Doris at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday August 4, 2021 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, Forreston, with Pastor Lyle Zumdahl officiating. Inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
