Donna Recoy

Mary Donna Recoy, 84, of Freeport, IL passed away Friday March 18, 2022 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born April 19, 1937 in Freeport the daughter of Clarion Swift and Fay Burchard. On February 23, 1956 she married Roger Recoy in Freeport. Roger passed away September 9, 2019. Donna was a devout member of The Truth. She is survived by four children Mark, Tammy, Theresa and Cheryl; brother Francis Swift; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Arthur and Phillip, and grandson. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday March 25, 2022 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. A visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory.
