Donald George Miller

Donald George Miller, 77, of Freeport, died Monday, September 24, 2018 at FHN Memorial Hospital. He was born August 17, 1941 in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Bernice Ostrander. Don married Kathy Dyson on September 27, 1986 in Freeport. He worked for Ace Muffler and later as a truck driver. Don served on the Stephenson County Board representing District G from 1990-1994. He enjoyed working on his cars and spending time with his family. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Surviving is his wife, Kathy Miller of Freeport, and two sons, Chad Miller and Donald Miller Jr. Donald was preceded in death by his mother, brother, Bob; and sister, Shirley.
