Dale was born on April 23, 1930 to Roy & Edith (Lohmeier) Weber at Davis, Illinois. The early years of his life were spent in the Davis area where his parents farmed until the passing of his dad when he was young. Dale attended schools in Davis, Freeport, & Dakota.
