Corrine Pannkuk

Corrine J. Pannkuk, 71, of Shannon, died Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Serenity Home in Oregon, IL. She was born on December 16, 1942 in Freeport, the daughter of George and Joyce (Kuehl) Ryan, Corrine was a homemaker. She married Ronald Pannkuk on October 15, 1966 in Forreston. He died on January 15, 2013. Corrine was a member of North Grove Evangelical Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crafts, visiting with friends, Cross stitch, sewing and gardening. Survivors include one son, Kevin (Trisha) Pannkuk of Shannon; three daughters, Karen (Garry) Richards of Freeport, Suellen Pannkuk of Shannon and Linda (Ron) Getz of Savanna; one brother, Jim (Judy) Ryan of Freeport; four grandchildren, Jameson Pannkuk, Sarah Richards, Riley and Lakin Getz. Preceded in death by her husband, parents and one grandson, Justin Richards. Funeral services will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at North Grove Evangelical Church. Rev. Tim Hotchkiss will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday 4-7 p.m. at Burke-Tubbs Forreston. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established in her memory. Visit the guest book at www.burketubbs.com
