Clint Darrell Jamison

Clint Darrell Jamison was born on February 5, 1965 in LePanto, AR, to Napoleon and Bonnie Beth (Freeman) Jamison. He departed this life on March 3, 2018 at 3:51 P.M. in Madison, WI at UW Hospital. Clint graduated from Freeport Senior High School in 1983 and was employed by various employers throughout the Freeport area. He enjoyed bringing laughter to his family and friends and was an exceptional story teller. Even though his family relocated to Freeport his heart remained in LePanto, AR where he returned each Thanksgiving. He never forgot a birthday, and made the best homemade peanut butter cookies. He leaves to cherish his many loving memories, three brothers, George (Daneice) Benson of Herculaneum, MO, Alphonso (Shirley) Benson and Napolean Jamison, Jr., both of Chicago, IL; three sisters, Marquilla (Ronald Brumfield) of Freeport, IL, Wanda Faye (Charles) Thomas of LePanto, AR, and Jerlean Jamison of Chicago, IL; special niece, Martrice Collier, who shared a special loving bond with him and could talk to him when no one else could; aunt, Mae Pickens, who called him "Poncho"; special cousin, Joseph "Bull" Freeman, his sports watching partner who called him "Ball"; aunts, Lillie and Willie Mae of Lansing, MI; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Napoleon and Bonnie Beth Jamison, Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 10, 2018 at Philippians Missionary Baptist Church in Freeport, with Rev. Nathan Allison officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
