Clarence A. Schad, Sr., 88, of Ridott died Tuesday July 10, 2012, in his home. He was born March 14, 1924 in Adams County, Wisconsin the son of Ed and Esther (Feuerhammer) Schad. Clarence married Joann M. Wright on March 8, 1952 at Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Clarence farmed with his father until he entered the United States Army which he served from March 1946 to October 1948. Mr. Schad later farmed in Rockton, Broadhead, Wisconsin and later Winnebago. He later was employed by Deans Foods in Pecatonica, Illinois for 17 years. Mr. Schad enjoyed fishing and woodworking. Clarence is survived by his best friend and partner Joann. Three sons; Edward Schad, Clarence A. Schad, Jr. and Harold (Margaret) Schad. Two daughters; Vickie L. Miley and Cindy J. Monjaras. His half sister; Alvinia. His grandchildren; Pamela Miley, Nikki Miley, Shawn Miley, Heather (Brad) Brooks, Cody Schad, Sheena Schad, Sheen Schad, Zachary Baker, Aaron (Becky) Brooks, Trisha Brooks and Jayme Brooks. His great-grandchildren; Ivy Miley, Cale and Darienne Medigovich, Skylar, Brianna and Joshlyn Thompson, Chase Brooks, Isabella and Abigail Brooks , Dyllan Brooks, Parker Owen and Jayme Brooks, Jr. Mr. Schad was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Clifford and Edward Schad, his sister, Arlene Hutt and his grandson, Joshua Schad. Funeral services for Mr .Schad will be Saturday, 11:00 A.M. in Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, Freeport. Rev. Ross Miley, Jr. and Dennis Schad will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at Burke-Tubbs. Following the service at Burke-Tubbs, a luncheon and fellowship will be held at The Beltline Caf
