Charlotte Strobel

Charlotte Strobel, 81, of Belvidere and former Freeport resident died January 6, 2014 at Swedish American Hospital, Rockford. She was born September 24, 1932 in Freeport, the daughter of John and Margaret (Hommerding) Wilson. She is survived by her three grandchildren; Bridget, Stephen and Samantha Strobel. Also a daughter-in law, Judy Littlejohn. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Marty Strobel. A funeral service for Mrs. Strobel will be Wednesday, 12:00 P.M. at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, Freeport. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at Burke-Tubbs.
