Amy Jo Doescher

Amy Jo Doescher, 46, of Freeport, IL passed away Tuesday March 2, 2021 in her home. She was born May 21, 1974 in Freeport to Larry and Constance (O'Neill) Rhea. On May 2, 2004 she married Jeff Doescher at Indian Grove Church in Rock City, IL. Amy enjoyed crafts, puzzles, her kittens, and spending time with her family, especially her daughters. She is survived by her two daughters Jordan Nicole Doescher and Emily Paige Doescher; the father to her daughters Jeff Doescher; father Larry Rhea; uncles Larry (Truidi) O'Neil and Jimmy Rhea; and cousin Nathan Thompson and his son Zachary. Preceding Amy in death is her paternal and maternal grandparents, mother Constance and sister Melissa Rhea. A walkthrough visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Wednesday March 10, 2021 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. A private family service will follow. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum. A memorial has been established in her memory.
