Alivia Lynn (Rager) Greenfield, 45, of Baileyville, IL, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on August 26th while surrounded by family. Alivia grew up in Adeline, IL, learning the joys of country living, the value of hard work and most importantly developing her faith in God. The daughter of Stan the iron worker and Gwen the home-maker, her upbringing helped mold her into the amazing woman she would become. She graduated from Forreston High School in 1995 and later married her high school sweetheart Josh in 2000. They went on to have two beautiful daughters, Mya and Bryn. Alivia's daughters were her joy and she focused on raising them by being a stay-at-home mother and protective mama bear. She was also an amazing wife who handled all aspects of the home which allowed Josh to focus on his wealth management practice. In school Alivia was an excellent student and participated in both track and cross country. She and Josh spent their honeymoon in Europe and explored 9 countries over the course of two weeks. Once Mya and Bryn were born, she enjoyed following her girls' school activities, flower gardening and yardwork, and caring for many pets, her favorite of which were her four horses. Besides her children, some of her best memories were many trips to all-inclusive resorts with "the friend group," fishing and snowmobiling in northern Wisconsin, and traveling to many states over her lifetime. Her favorite activity was studying the Bible, learning Bible history, and listening to Bible teachings from pastors all across the nation. She found the Bible fascinating and loved exploring its endless teachings and incredible depths. She had a giving heart and touched many lives by sharing love, faith and finances with those in need. She grew up attending Leaf River Baptist Church in Leaf River, IL, then once married many years at Crossroads Community Church in Freeport, IL, and recently Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport, IL. Alivia is survived by her husband of 22 years Joshua Greenfield and their two daughters Mya, age 19, and Bryn, age 16. She is also survived by her mother Gwen Rager of Freeport, IL, her father and mother-in-law Loran and Judy Greenfield of Forreston, IL, her sister Jennifer (Robert) Gruhn of Freeport, IL, her brother Jason (Lisa) Rager of Rockford, IL, brother-in-law Stuart Greenfield of Boulder Junction, WI, brother-in-law Jon Greenfield of Apple Valley, MN, and brother-in-law Andrew (Jennifer) Greenfield of Beverly Farms, MA. She is also survived by her nieces: Megan, Bethany, Nikayla, Jaedyn, Alexia, Kaitlin, Ella, Emma, and Lila; her nephews: Noah, Jordan, and Austin; her great-nieces: Madison and Haley; and her great-nephews: Lucas, Maverick, and Brooks. She was preceded in death by her father Stanley Rager. A special thank you to the UW Madison Carbone Cancer Center and Serenity Home and Hospice for their care.
