Peggy Lee Pommerening, 62, of Freeport died Tuesday at Monroe Clinic Hospital, Monroe, Wisconsin . She was born October 23, 1947 in Freeport, Illinois the daughter of Wilbur and Audrey (Perdue) Pommerening. Ms. Pommerening was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She attended Crossroads Community Church. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her Grandchildren and Great-grandson. She is survived by her daughter; Julie Frazer of Freeport. Five brothers, Edwin (Virginia) Cox of Berron, Wisconsin, James W. (Erika) Cox, Sr. of Buckley, Iowa, William (Marla) Pommerening of Freeport, David (Melanie) of Milledgeville, Illinois and Merrell (Tammy) Pommereing of Freeport. Three sisters; Donna (Jerry) Malloy of Channelview, Texas, Sally (Delbert) Bunker, Jr. of Freeport and Susan Pommerening of Freeport. Two grandchildren; Adrian and Angella Frazer. Her Great-grandson; Layne Rasmus. Her special friends; Nancy (Charlie) Brown and Brandi and Brad Scheider. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister; Lorraine Temple and three nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:00 A.M. in Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home Freeport. Visitation will be Friday, 5:00-7:00 P.M. At Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. A memorial has been established in her name.
